Website Download
The quickest and easiest way to install Angelfish B&B Manager is by going to our
Download Evaluation page and entering your details. Click on the Download button and select the
Run option.
Wait for the download (around 5 MB) to complete then the installer should run automatically.
Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation of Angelfish B&B Manager.
CD-ROM Installation
If you have an Angelfish B&B Manager CD-ROM, insert it in to your CD drive. The installer should run automatically;
if it does not, browse the CD contents in Windows Explorer and double-click
Setup.exe to start the installer.
Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation.
Microsoft .NET Framework
You may be prompted to install the Microsoft .NET framework before the installation of Angelfish B&B Manager can proceed.
This framework is provided by Microsoft in order to improve the performance of Windows applications, and is pre-loaded on newer
computers. Please follow the instructions to install the .NET framework, after which the installation of B&B Manager
will proceed automatically.
Launching B&B Manager
The installer should place an Angelfish icon on your desktop and an entry in Start > Programs > Angelfish Software. You can
launch B&B Manager by double-clicking on the icon or clicking the Start menu entry. Until you register your version of
the software, the first screen you see will be the
Registration screen. If you have a product license key, enter the
15-character key into the boxes and click on the
Register button. Provided you have an active internet connection
and have entered a valid key, your registration will be confirmed within a few seconds and the Angelfish B&B Manager
main screen will be shown. Thereafter, the registration screen will no longer be shown when you start the application.
Users without a license key may use the product for up to 30 days after installation. Click on the
Continue Evaluation
button to bypass the registration screen.
Using the Evaluation Version
The 30-day evaluation version of Angelfish B&B Manager is fully functional and identical to the license version, except
that it will time out after 30 days, preventing further use until you have purchased a license and entered this in the Product
Registration screen. All data that you enter during the evaluation period is stored so that you do not need to re-enter it
when you purchase a license and start using the product officially. If you have any questions during your evaluation period,

Updating B&B Manager
As part of the Angelfish package, new users are entitled to one years' free upgrades of B&B Manager. The software will evolve
with time as we fix any reported errors, improve usability and add new features, and you will want to take advantage of this.
Updating your version of B&B Manager is very straightforward. To check for new version, simply click
Website > Check
for Product Updates from the top menu, ensuring that you have an active internet connection. If an update is available, you
will be informed within a few seconds, and can click on the
Download button to download the update. The update is completed
by clicking on the
Restart Now button to close and re-start B&B Manager.
Windows Vista™ users may experience difficulty in completing the automatic update process. In this case, you should close
B&B Manager then
click here,
select the
Save as option and save the file to the folder C:\Program Files\Angelfish Software\B&B Manager, overwriting
the existing file. The change will take effect when you re-start B&B Manager.
