Main Screen
The main screen of Angelfish B&B Manager consists of a menu and toolbar at the top and is divided into three further sections:
Available Rooms, Room Information and Payments Due. The menu contains a number of
links for accessing the various features of the product, and the most important of these links are duplicated in the toolbar.
Available Rooms
This section shows which (if any) of your rooms are available between the specified arrival and departure dates, and can
be used as a quick way of checking availability for a particular period. A room is only listed available if no bookings or closures
for that room overlap the specified dates.
Room Information
This section is your diary of room bookings and availability and shows, for the selected date range, the status of each room
on each day. Where a room is marked as booked or closed, you can double-click on the booking or closure details to view
full details of the booking or closure. You can change the date range shown by selecting a new start date from the drop-down
calendar and/or changing the number of days from the start date for which information is displayed. Click and drag the scroll
bar at the right to scroll up and down through the diary.
Payments Due
This section shows all bookings for which the departure date has been reached or passed and full payment for the booking has
not been recorded. Typically, a booking will first be shown in this section on the morning that the guest or guests depart, and
will be removed when you receive payment from the guest and record this payment against the booking. This provides you
with a useful reminder of who to invoice each morning.
